Lead Time

As a school, Bauer is focusing on leadership and how each child is a leader of this school. One way we are doing this is through "Lead Time" each day. We spend about 10 minutes a day talking about the seven habits and being a leader. 

Today for "Movie Monday" we watched this short clip:

This is one of my all time favorite YouTube videos. This kid is hilarious and the message is so powerful. 

Here are some of the things the students took away from it:

~ "Believe in yourself" 

~ "Follow your dreams"

~ "Do your best"

~ "Never give up"

~ "Shoot for the stars" (Take chances)

By doing all of these things, we are LEADERS!
